Please follow steps below to place upgrade request;

1. Login to billing portal then click the services tab and my services

2. Click the line for the plan you like to upgrade then view plan details.

3. At left navigation click "upgrade/downgrade options" link.

4. You will see a textbox with current ip number of your, change that number to how many total IPs you like to have then click the continue.

5. Proceed payment steps and complete payment.

Once steps avow completed we will receive your request and one of our sales personel will add new IPs and will let you know by email.

If you still having trouble simply contact with our sales support or submit a ticket to let us know how many IPs you like to add. We will add your upgrade request and will ask you to pay the invoice.
