1. Make sure to check you have cancelled Paypal subscription.
2. Make sure you have the latest backups of your files from server
3. Login billing portal
4. Click Services > My services from top menu
5. Click the plan you like to cancel to see details
6. At left navigation there is a link "Request cancellation" click that
7. Leave us a feedback so we can improve our services for future clients
8. Click the cancellation button
