Yes, you can purchase domain privacy at the time of the domain order as an addon or your can purchase later on with the steps below;

Login to clinet portal.
Select domains > my domains from top navigation bar.
Click on the domain line or tool icon to  manage domain.
At left navigation bar; click Addons.
Click "Buy Now for $7.00 USD" link under ID protection then proceed payment.
