What makes these Class C IPs different

Plenty of hosts will sell you "multiple dedicated IPs" and then hand you a consecutive run out of one block. Every address is technically yours, and every address still ends in the same three numbers. Ours do not: the third octet changes between sites, and on the European pool so does the city.

Why the third octet is the one that matters

An IPv4 address reads left to right, widest to narrowest. The last number distinguishes one machine from its neighbour on the same wire, which is to say, it distinguishes almost nothing. The third number is the first point at which two addresses stop belonging to the same block. That is the boundary a reputation list, a spam filter or a curious competitor looks at when deciding whether two sites are related, and it is the boundary this product is built around.

The honest version, because it is worth stating plainly: IP diversity is not a ranking factor you can point at in any documentation. What it is, is the removal of a shared liability. Sites that answer from one block share a reputation history, share the fallout when a neighbour gets blocklisted, and share an obvious pattern. Spreading them across non-consecutive blocks does not manufacture authority: it stops one bad address from spending the authority the others earned.

What "dedicated" means here

Each address in your order is assigned to your account and to nothing else. It is not a shared front-end IP with virtual hosts behind it, and it is not recycled between customers while you hold it. Every domain gets its own ns1 and ns2 records pointing at your own addresses rather than at a provider nameserver that a thousand other sites also announce, because private nameservers are usually the giveaway that survives after somebody has carefully diversified the IPs and forgotten the DNS.

Why put a Class C network in Europe

Region is not a checkbox on this product. Where the addresses sit decides which legal framework covers the data on them, how far a European visitor's first request has to travel, and whether your European sites share any geography at all with your American ones.

Which European countries do these Class C IPs cover?
European locations across several countries: the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom are the ones that come up most often, which is why an EU order can put a site on an Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Stockholm or London address rather than forcing everything into a single city. That spread is the point of the product: addresses that differ by country read as unrelated hosts far more convincingly than addresses that differ only by the last number. If a client contract names one specific country, say so on the order and we will place you there.
Does an EU order keep my data inside the European Union?
Your sites, their databases and their backups live on the European servers your account is provisioned on, and European visitors are served from there. That is the short answer a GDPR data-processing agreement, a public-sector tender or a cautious client wants: the processing happens in Europe, not in a third country under a transfer mechanism. What actually makes a Class C IP "non-consecutive"?
An IPv4 address is four numbers. Consecutive allocation hands you addresses that differ only in the last one: the same third octet, the same block, four sites that anybody can group with a single glance at the range. Non-consecutive allocation changes the third octet, so each site answers from a different C block. On our European pool the blocks are also drawn from different ranges and different cities, which means two of your sites can differ by country as well as by block.
Can I run European and American IPs on the same account?
Yes, and it is a common setup. The two pools are ordered as separate products: 500 addresses in Europe and 800 in the USA, but they are managed from a single WHM login, and the IP Manager tool assigns an address from either side to whichever site needs it. The usual pattern is European IPs for sites aimed at European audiences and American IPs for everything else, so the two halves of the network share no geography, no routing and no parent range.
Will hosting in Europe make my sites rank better in European Google?
Not on its own, and we will not claim otherwise. Server location is a weak signal at best, and a ccTLD or a clear language and market signal does far more for a country query than an IP address does.
