Contact Us: talk to real infrastructure people, 24/7/365

No queue-you-to-a-chatbot, no "your ticket is important to us". Behind this page is Seo Hosting LTD, a registered company in Malta that has been running diverse-IP hosting since 2009, with an address you can look up and a phone number that rings. Pre-sales questions are welcome before you spend anything.

Write to us

Pre-sales, billing, technical or abuse. It reaches the same 24/7/365 desk as a ticket, you get a copy in your inbox and a reference number back.

We reply to the address you give us and nowhere else. Never send passwords: we do not need them and will not ask.

Four ways to reach us

Everything technical or billing-related goes through the ticket system, because it attaches to your account in writing and the whole desk can see it. The phone is there for the conversations that are faster spoken than typed.

Open a support ticket

Technical issues, IP assignments, nameservers, migrations and billing. Written, tracked and attached to your services: the channel we can actually act on.

Pre-sales questions

Not a customer yet? Ask before you order, which class a network needs, USA or Europe, how many addresses, what a migration involves. No obligation.

Ask before you order → no account required to ask

Telephone

A Malta landline that reaches the company, not a call centre. Best for pre-sales; anything needing a record should still end up in a ticket.

Already with us? Invoices, orders, services and your existing tickets sit under one login, alongside cPanel/WHM and the IP Manager tool.

Get a useful answer on the first reply

Most of the back-and-forth on a hosting ticket comes from a first message missing the one detail that decides the answer. Here is what to put in yours.

What to include in your first message

None of it is mandatory: a one-line question is fine. But a ticket carrying these usually gets solved in one reply instead of three.

  • How many sites you are placing, and roughly what they are for. The count and the purpose together decide the class, not the count alone.
  • Which region the audience you are ranking for sits in: the USA pool holds 800 dedicated addresses, the European one 500.
  • Whether you are migrating in, and from which control panel. Migration is free, but the plan differs by source.
  • The domain or IP involved, if it is an existing service. One address in the first message saves an entire round trip.
  • What you already tried, for anything technical, and never your cPanel or portal password. We do not need it and will not ask for it in a ticket.

When we are available

Hosting does not keep office hours, and neither does the thing that breaks it. Here is what we can state plainly.

24/7/365

Support desk

Someone reads the queue on Saturdays, on Sundays, and on national holidays. Nothing you send after five o'clock gets parked in a slower lane until Monday morning.

automated

Provisioning

New accounts do not wait for a human at all. Provisioning is automated, so an order is active the moment payment clears: no manual review, no queue.

30 days

Money-back window

If the product is not what you expected, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Raise it as a ticket inside the window and it goes to billing with a written record.

What we are not going to promise you

You will not find a first-response time on this page. Plenty of hosts print one; very few mean it at three in the morning on a public holiday, and a number we cannot honour on every ticket is worth less than none at all. What we will state is that the desk is staffed 24/7/365 and that provisioning never waits for a person. If a specific response commitment matters to your business, ask before you order rather than finding out during an incident.

Our registered office

The company behind SEOHost.net, at the address that appears on your invoice and in the footer of every page on this site.

Registered company
Seo Hosting LTD 19 St. Mark Street Valletta VLT 1362 Malta +356 20 341591

What this address is, and is not

It is the registered seat of Seo Hosting LTD in Malta: the legal entity you contract with, the name on the invoice, and the correct destination for company correspondence, legal notices and billing paperwork.

It is not a walk-in support counter, and it is not where the hardware lives. Servers and IP addresses sit in the United States and Europe; the 1,300+ distinct Class C blocks behind the product are spread across both regions rather than kept in one building. Support runs online and by phone, so the ticket system rather than the postbox is the fastest route to an answer.

Publishing it at all is the point. Diverse-IP hosting is a market where brands appear for a season, resell somebody else's space and vanish with the network, and a street address, a company name and a phone line are the cheapest things in the world to check.

Pre-sales questions, answered before you ask

The five we get most often. Anything not covered here, open a ticket: the desk is staffed 24/7/365.

Which product is right for me: Class C, Class B, Class A, VPS or dedicated?
It depends on how far apart the sites need to look and how much control you want over the machine. Class C varies the third octet and is where almost every diverse-IP network starts: cheapest per address, widest range of order sizes. Every figure below is the monthly equivalent on a 3-year term: Class C is from $1.50 per IP in the USA and $1.70 in Europe. Class B varies the second octet, so two sites no longer share a parent network at all, from $2.20. Class A varies the first octet and is the scarcest tier we sell, from $3.40. Outgrown a shared control panel? A KVM VPS with root SSH starts at $55.00 a month, bare metal at $119.40. All of it shares one IP pool and one billing account, so a wrong first guess is a second order rather than a migration.
Can you move my sites over from my current host?
Yes, migration is free and we do the work. Send us your current host details in a ticket and we move files, databases and email across, then assign each site the dedicated IP it will live on. Running WordPress across a whole network? The Multi-WP installer sets every domain up at once from a list. The part worth planning before you order is the IP layout: which sites go on which class, and whether any belong in a different region.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee if it does not suit me?
Yes: a 30-day money-back guarantee. Provisioning is automated, so an account is active the moment payment clears and you can test the real thing rather than a demo: cPanel and WHM logins, the IP Manager tool, the private ns1/ns2 records on each domain. If it is not what you expected, open a ticket inside the window. We would rather you tested the product than committed to a year of it on the strength of a sales page.
How do billing, invoices and payment methods work?
Billing runs through the client portal, where every invoice, order and service sits under one login. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Invoices are issued by Seo Hosting LTD at 19 St. Mark Street, Valletta VLT 1362, Malta. Monthly is the default cycle; annual, two-year and three-year terms discount the rate further at checkout, taking the cheapest band down to $1.50 per IP per month. Anything touching an invoice, a refund or a cycle change should go through a ticket rather than the phone, so it is on your account in writing.
Do I have to be a customer already to get in touch?
No. Pre-sales questions go through the same support desk, with no obligation attached. We are most useful on the questions a pricing page cannot answer: how many addresses a network actually needs, whether the USA or European pool suits the audience you are ranking for, and what a migration would involve in your case. If the honest answer is that a smaller order would do, that is the answer you will get.

Or answer it yourself first

Three pages that settle most of what people write in to ask, with the numbers rather than adjectives.
